Why is the schedule changing?

Over the winter the South cambs and city council reduces collection of green bins to once every 4 weeks, as a result, we have to change cleaning dates in-line with these collections.

In addition, we close for one 4-week cycle over Christmas so this will also affect the cleaning dates.

When are you closed?

Our last working day is the 20th of December, and we reopen on the 20th of January.

*Some customers will have cleans on the weeks commencing the 7th and 14th of January, but more detail on this can be found on our email communication and your online schedule. *

 Will I lose a clean?

No. Over the course of the year there are 13 cleaning cycles of 4 weeks, but we only charge 12 times (once per month). As a result, we close for 1 cycle over Christmas.

This means that you will receive 2 rounds of cleaning during the Winter Collection period.

I pay for my cleaning annually, does this mean I lose a clean?

Our annual prices are calculated with the closure in mind, so no one loses out.

Why can’t you do the green and blue at the same time?

The monthly collection of green bins means that the cleaning that we would normally do over 4 weeks, we must now do in just 2. As a result, we need to move some bins so that we do not compromise on our quality of service.

Where can I find my cleaning schedule?

We sent out communication via email (and post) with more specific information on your cleaning schedule. You can also view your schedule via your WFB account by logging in a clicking the orange ‘schedule’ button.
